By sending in the order form, you agreed to the Xefine's Terms & Conditions
Do understand that...
-> Products sold in Xefine is non-exchangeable, non-refundable.
-> Refund is only available when Xefine cancel the spree under circumstances.
-> Backing-out will result in blacklisted.

Order Form
Order forms that are submitted before 5:30pm will be processed.
Any order forms that are submitted after 5:30pm will be processed the next working day.
Weekends are counted as working day.
Xefine is available from: 8:30am - 5:30pm
8:00pm - 11:30pm ( Monday - Friday)
Whole Day (Weekends)

Ordering System

1. Xefine only accepts order that are sent using the Order Form, all other methods are void.
Any wrong information regarding the shopper can still be changed by contacting us. *
2. Xefine confirm the order when the shopper acknowledge e-mail.
Any wrong information regarding the shopper can still be changed by contacting us. *
3. Shopper are given minimum of 5 days to complete the payments (except for Meet-up)
Any wrong information regarding the shopper can still be changed by contacting us. *
4. Xefine will send in the order and awaits for the product.
Important: Any wrong orders will still be proceeded.
5. Xefine will deliver the products to our shoppers.
Important: There will be no carrier provided as all our products are packaged beforehand.
Shopper is required to bring their own plastic bag if they want.

Xefine accepts Bank Transfer , Meet-up (to our convenience) , Concealed Cash (at your own risk)

Xefine offers 3 types of collection method:
1) Postage (Normal / Registered)
2) Mass meet-up (will be further announced)
3) Self-collection (buyers will be informed of the location)
4) Collection @Temasek Polytechnic
Note: Free Normal Postage provided.
Postage duration will take 2 – 3 working days in Singapore unless otherwise stated.
